Of course we're not 3 years old but we did tell you that our market (as strange as it is) is picking up in a big way! In Florida (all of Florida), the median price for single-family homes was up 10.3% over last year in March. Condos were up an amazing 20.8%! Inventory was down..AGAIN! I can tell you that South Florida did well too! Our specific numbers aren't out yet but I expect them to be good!

Low inventory, low interest rates and buyers who are tired of waiting are jumping in...before it's too late! That's what is driving our market!
