Let's Get REAL Estate

Hello Everyone!

We are truly lucky to live in Wilton Manors! The recession was brutal to our city but it is VERY evident that Wilton Manors and the surrounding area is well on it's way to bouncing back! Home prices are stable and rising in the city...and on Wilton Drive (the heart of the city) we are seeing new construction returning with an energy we haven't seen for a few years. The new Wachovia Bank at Five-Points is getting close to completion, the 3-story building (originally designated a bakery/tapas restaurant) has resumed construction, and at least five new restaurants are slated to open VERY soon! We have TeeJay Thai/Sushi, Big Wieners, Rodeo Southwestern, Sushi Rock and Wilton Beir Gardens all opening soon! We can also tell you...the nightlife has been wonderful AND crowded!
