Let's Get REAL Estate

Hi all!

The New York Times just came out with more census results on Same-Sex Couples and where the live. Wilton Manors came in at #2 (second highest concentration) nationally and Oakland Park came in at #10 nationally! So what does this mean for real estate? Plenty! This is just one more GOOD piece of PR that is so needed! We hear enough doom and gloom from the media about housing and the economy, it's good to know that Wilton Manors and the Greater Fort Lauderdale area is one of the most diverse and one of the most accepting areas in the country! People just seem to get along here...Gay, Straight, Bi...whatever. When you can feel comfortable buying a house and typically not have to worry about what your neighbor will think...that's a great feeling! It's that much easier to make your house a HOME!
