Finally some REALLY encouraging news for Florida's real estate market! Even though the national trend in February was a drop of 9.6%, Florida posted big gains! Existing home sales increased 13% in February while condo sales increased a whopping 29% compared to last year! It's just another sign that Florida is very desireable again! Keep in mind that our inventory is VERY LOW and with low prices and low interest rates...property is not staying on the market long. If it's priced right or offers something unique...it sells FAST! Remember that when you find a property that you're really interested in...don't hesitate!
