Howdy all!

We keep getting more and more reports that South Florida is continuing to buck the national trend of declining sales and prices. The Sun-Sentinel reported that in BROWARD County our number of sales was up 9% from one year ago. This makes for the 6th straight increase in sales this year over last year. What is even more exciting is that our prices surged in June 26% over last year. Prices are still volatile but we have seen only flat pricing or slight drops in pricing...So this is GOOD NEWS!

I think you will see this continue because of our low inventory, low bank rates and the continued influx of investor cash.

In Florida as a whole, sales were still up 4% but pricing was off by 2%. Nationally, most areas are still seeing downward pressure on pricing and sales. Luckily, sunny South Florida is bucking that trend! We hope we can help you find that little piece of heaven...but don't wait too long! :-)
