Howdy all!

I can't tell you how often these days that the same scenario is playing out...a property in foreclosure hits the market (underpriced) and the customer says..."Zillow says" or "the newspaper says"...they wait a day or two and the property is GONE! Listen to your REALTOR when they say..."This property is underpriced and it will not last". If you are interested, get off the fence and put an offer in.

Our market here in the Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale area is an entity of its own. The banks are purposely underpricing to create a bidding war...AND IT'S WORKING! Please understand that unless it is specifically owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac (who have to go at least 7 days for offers), the lender can take any offer at any time...and for them...the quicker the better! Most of these foreclosures are going for well over the asking price.

Again, please take the newspaper columns for what they are...a way to sell papers! Their info tends to be very vague and incomplete! They are reporters...NOT REALTORS!
