Here we are again...every sign points to the housing market recovering! Let's look at last month single family home stats for BROWARD COUNTY only...

The number of sales rose 8% and the prices rose 10%...add in the decrease of inventory (-49%) and what do you have? After many months of the same...a housing recovery! We have been seeing this sort of thing for the past year here in South Florida. Condos? They have been showing even larger increases in sales and price and the inventory is WAY down there too! Should I even mention that the new 30 year fixed rate dropped to 3.66% (a new record)?

Florida overall is seeing the same trend...Even the US in general is recovering. SO...ARE YOU TOO LATE? Yes and No...

You have probably missed out on the best deals (those $40k-50k condos...that $125k house). That was last year! We still have some great deals but you have to act fast!
