Hi all!

Well all of the news coming out about real estate has been VERY good! Nationally, statewide and locally all are posting numbers showing an increase in sales and prices! Let's hope we have seen the bottom and are turning the corner to better days!

We also wanted to take a minute to say how proud of our area we are and how much we love it here! We really wanted to try to make a difference so we have decided that on any listing we take, we will contribute 25% of our listing commission to one of our favorite local charities or to one of yours! Some of our previous contributions have gone to The SMART Ride, Poverello and Shadowood II. Others to consider could be Main Street Wilton Manors, Out of the Closet, Kids in Distress, Tuesday Angels...etc. It's a great way to make your home sale count for many people!
