Let's Get REAL Estate

What do we mean? We will try to tell you what's REALLY going on here in Broward County...Wilton Manors...Fort Lauderdale...UNTIL WE'RE BLUE IN THE FACE! Again, several media outlets are reporting that ZILLOW SAYS...the biggest drop in prices...blah, blah, blah.

Here's the problem...Zillow does not take into account specific areas. I think most people realize that taking an average of a wide area is NOT an accurate picture in MOST real estate markets. I have never seen accurate information from Zillow personally. My statement in previous posts is that Zillow should be used as one tool in your search for property...not the beat all, end all. Hopefully everyone can realize that a computer program is not able to compensate for or judge every possible market. That's why you have Realtors. We have the absolute latest and accurate data on the market YOU want to buy into. Our market here is not dropping as Zillow says...

Previous posts have shown why we are seeing upticks in sales and pricing...low inventory, low interest rates and good demand! In fact, we have trouble finding homes for clients.

So here's our advice...Use multiple sources for your information (don't always just look at the headlines), plan ahead for your mortgage (especially with the low rates), and don't be afraid to jump in! Hopefully you won't be one that says "boy...if only..."
